What is Turning Point?

A “turning point” is defined as a moment in which a critical decision must be made. This is the crossroads many of our clients reach when they contact Turning Point Programs (TPP). The program began in 1973 by The Salvation Army offering a refuge for West Michigan residents desiring to overcome active addictions.
